The apartment is located in the Cannaregio district on the Rio Santa Fosca on the second and last floor of a typical Venetian house. It consists of 4 rooms on 50sqm very comfortable and bright. From the balcony of the living room you can see the Campo Santa Fosca with the statue of Frà Paolo Sarpi in the center and the war bridge. On the Strada Nuova nearby there is the interesting Palazzo Correr, the Palazo Wagner which today houses the Casino and continuing towards Rialto, which is about ten minutes away, you will find the Cà d'Oro. Bakery, pastry shop, excellent Venetian cichetterie and even a supermarket are close at hand.
